The candidates have to be nominated by three individual members of the Academy; one of whom takes charge of drawing up a file which consists of:

• 5 photos of his/her current work in format JPEG on the CD
• his/her curriculum vitae (bibliography) including the date of birth and the address, phone, fax, email and website.
• one letter of each sponsor explaining the reasons for choosing the candidate (3 letters)
  

This file must be sent by the main sponsor to the Secretary General, six months before the Council meeting whom acting with jury. (January 2007)

The President, at the General Assembly, publishes the names and presents the works of the candidates elected by the Council.

If accepted, the candidates agree to pay an annual membership fee.
