El desig de crear i gaudir les formes amb el meu propi cos m’ha dut a treballar la ceràmica utilitària a través de l’aspecte inutilitari.

Tota peça utilitària ha de ser lleugera i no ha de tenir cap esquerda o forat. Les meves peces són pesades, algunes estan plenes d’esquerdes i tot sovint en la superfície s’intueixen accions que he dut a terme; revolució, asimetria, imperfecció, inutilitat, transparència, rigidesa, moviment, buit, tensió, pressió, simetria... i moltes altres accions han estat realitzades amb porcellana, material que m’ha ajuda’t a configurar-les.

El deseo de crear formas y disfrutarlas con mi propio cuerpo, me ha llevado a trabajar la cerámica utilitaria bajo el aspecto inutilitario.

Mis piezas son pesadas, algunas están llenas de grietas y a menudo en la superficie se intuyen acciones que he realizado para configurarlas: revolución, asimetría, imperfección, inutilidad, transparencia, rigidez, movimiento, vacío, tensión, presión, simetría...y muchas mas acciones han sido realizadas en porcelana, material que me ha ayudado a configurarlas.

The desire to create forms and experience them with my own body led me to work the utilitarian ceramics under the non-utilitarian aspect.

A normal piece must be light and should not have to have any crack or hole. My pieces are heavy and some of them have many cracks. On the surface of my pieces it’s possible sometimes to see that I have done different actions; revolution, asymmetry, imperfection, inutility, transparency, rigidity, movement, emptiness, tension, pressure, symmetry... These and many other actions has been done with porcelain, material that helped me to configured them.
