Les civils de tous bords sont, une fois de plus, pris entre deux feux.<\/p>\r\n<p>Au vu de ces d\u00e9veloppements, le Conseil de l'AIC appelle \u00e0 une d\u00e9sescalade imm\u00e9diate des hostilit\u00e9s de la part de toutes les parties, et \u00e0 la recherche de solutions diplomatiques au nom de la paix, du respect du droit international humanitaire impliquant la protection de tous les civils, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la protection de tous les sites li\u00e9s au patrimoine culturel. Nous exprimons notre soutien sans \u00e9quivoque et constant \u00e0 tous nos membres et \u00e0 l'ensemble des populations civiles des pays touch\u00e9s du Moyen-Orient, qui continuent de porter le plus lourd fardeau du conflit.<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<td>\r\n<p>Nous lan\u00e7ons \u00e9galement cet appel \u00e0 la guerre en cours en Ukraine, en solidarit\u00e9 avec ses victimes des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nous appelons \u00e0 la fin de ces conflits d\u00e9vastateurs et exhortons toutes les parties \u00e0 s'engager dans un dialogue visant \u00e0 instaurer une paix juste et durable.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dans le cadre de sa mission et au nom de notre humanit\u00e9 commune, l'AIC reste in\u00e9branlable dans son engagement en faveur des valeurs de paix, du respect de la dignit\u00e9 humaine, ainsi qu\u2019au pouvoir de la culture et du dialogue pour unir les peuples au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","_fr_post_name":"no-to-war","_fr_post_excerpt":"D\u00e9claration de l'AIC contre les guerres au Moyen-Orient et en Ukraine","_fr_post_title":"D\u00e9claration de l'AIC contre les guerres au Moyen-Orient et en Ukraine","_en_post_content":"<table>\r\n<tbody>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td colspan=\"2\">\r\n<h3>Statement from the IAC against the wars in the Middle East and Ukraine<\/h3>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td>\r\n<p><em>24 June 2025<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Over the past week, the IAC has witnessed with horror and despair the escalation of attacks, loss of life and suffering inflicted on people across the Middle East.<\/p>\r\n<p>The spillover of the Israel-Hamas war into the West Bank and countries in the surrounding region, including Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and now Iran, is contributing to a dangerous escalation of conflict in the Middle East with unpredictable and far-reaching consequences. Civilians on all sides are, yet again, caught in the crossfire.<\/p>\r\n<p>In light of these developments, the IAC Council appeals for an immediate de-escalation of hostilities by all parties and the pursual of diplomatic solutions in the name of peace; the respect of international humanitarian law requiring the protection of all civilians; the protection of all sites of cultural heritage.
