Bita Fayyazi was born in 1962 in Tehran, Iran. She has been exhibiting since the 1990s and has been the recipient of a number of awards, as well as the prestigious 5th Contemporary Ceramics Biennale, Tehran Museum of Contemporary Arts, 1998. Her work is collected around the world, including by Dior Fashion House.
