I’m interested in the expressive force of nature, its tensions, instability, its constant mutations and the abstract qualities of its structures.
I explore issues of geology and landscape, interpreting them as visual evidence of the geo-morphological processes, weather phenomena and the relationship between man and his environment.
I identify images, data and materials from different technologies used to represent information about the Earth, to select those which, because of their plastic qualities or their content, offer opportunities to be translated into the language of the arts (visual, plastic) or that, because of the connections of its contents serve as a reference for a conceptual exercise in a contemporary discourse on new possibilities of representing the landscape.
