My main interest is within nature, which I refer to when working with clay. I live in a country with extraordinary landscapes and rich biodiversity: tropical forests, the presence of the Amazon River, the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean that go around the north and west side of Colombia respectively. Maybe its beauty and fragility drives me to express my feelings in relation to those images that have touched me and accompanied me.

Right now I´m working with porcelain, a new language that challenges me. It is demanding and exquisite. The main stimuli are its qualities of translucence, delicacy and strength.
