Marwa is a contemporary ceramist, who creates her world in clay, giving an aesthetic meaning to ceramic pottery formation beyond traditional vessels and plates which we are accustomed to see.
Rebelling against straight lines she has created her distinct unstructured form inspired from her images of nature. She produces unique ceramic sculptural installations using a variety of ceramic techniques and methods such as oxidation fires, reduction fire inside and outside kiln (raku). She also has her own brand of ceramic jewellery, with the attempt to make it possible to wear a piece of art and thereby spread art of ceramics in a different way.
