I work primarily with slabs of clay, especially porcelain for its haptic qualities, to create unusual ceramic surfaces with abstract geometric patterns and sometimes human motifs that emerge in my work. Details, stripes, dots or a grid that carry me into a universe full of stories, memories and possible projections. I try to bring viewers strong and chaotic emotions, a universe of suggested thoughts.
I have won multiple awards and have been included in numerous solo and group shows across the world. I enjoy discovering new countries that enlarge my humanity and for my ceramic explorations through artistic residencies in China, Japan, Ireland, Spain and the USA.
