Wenlun Liang is a professional ceramic artist from China. Born with his family legacy in painting, Liang was found gifted in arts since his earlier education period. Liang was admitted to the Faculty of Ceramic Arts of the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts (now the Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University) in 1979 and established individual ceramic studio in 1990. In 2007, Liang took initiative in the establishment of the Ceramic Society of Dalian with the purpose of better promoting communication and cooperation of regional ceramic artists and was then elected as president of the society. Liang has held and attended many significant ceramic art exhibitions and activities both home and abroad. His works are included in book series such as Complete Works of Modern Chinese Art, Ceramic Basics for College Students, etc.
